We source and supply all certified Diamonds and Gemstones, using only the finest Gold from highly reputable Australian Gold Suppliers. 

We can supply certified Melee diamonds (smaller diamonds for wedding bands etc).

We take all the care in the world when using customer-supplied Diamonds, Gemstones and Gold, however should there be damages during the creation process, She Fine Jewellery are not liable to replace or source another viable option.  

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Before your piece is collected, our team thoroughly checks and approves the robustness of your piece to ensure it meets our high quality standards. If you have concerns that there has been an oversight, please contact care@shefinejewellery.com within 21 days of receiving your piece to arrange an appointment for review.

ENGAGEMENT RINGS, WEDDING RINGS & ETERNITY RINGS
With the nature of fine jewellery being that of requiring care and maintenance, we require your piece to be cared for on a 12 monthly basis in order to maintain the below carefree of charge. 

It is advised that any rhodium plating, polishing, re-tipping, re-tightening is undertaken yearly for these complimentary services to stand for the lifetime of the piece. 

The above services can be provided to you at the discretion of the Head Jeweller on the grounds of special circumstances.

The replacement of lost melee diamond is assessed on a case-by-case, and mostly based on the care taken of the piece (i.e. knocks, out of shape, deep scratches indicating lack of care). 

It is expected that insurance is organised by the customer for their pieces which will cover damages not caused by daily wear. 

We do not offer exchanges or returns on engagement rings, wedding bands, or eternity bands. 

EVERYDAY JEWELLERY
Necklaces & Bracelets 
We offer resizing for both necklace and chain bracelets, should you require more or less length. The cost to resize is $39, however, should the resize involve more material, this will be assessed by our Head Jeweller and a quote will be provided. 

Given the delicacy of chain, we offer a link repair of $39 inc gst. Should we require more chain, or if the task is more complex, this will be assessed by our Head Jeweller and a quote will be provided. 

Everyday rings
If there is a break or missing stone within 12 months from purchase we will replace free of charge. Resizing is not included. 

This does not include engagement or wedding bands.

We advise all purchases are made with care however we do understand that the wrong size can be purchased. We offer resizing for all rings within 21 days of receiving your purchase. The cost to resize is $80, however, should the resize involve more material we will provide a quote before going ahead.

Earrings 
Should there be an issue that is not based on daily wear and tear then please reach out to care@shefinejewellery.com so that our Head Jeweller can assess the piece. We assess on a case-by-case basis, and mostly based on the care taken of the piece (i.e. knocks, out of shape, deep scratches indicating lack of care). Should the piece require repair from lack of proper care taken then a quote will be provided. 

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for earrings. 

WELDED CHAINS
We provide a 21 day window for repairs free of charge should your welded chain break. Please email quote@shefinejewellery.com to make a booking and bring your chain with you. 

Outside of the 21 days there will be a welding cost of $29.

STATEMENT & BRIDAL JEWELLERY
Statement & Bridal earrings
