Studio & Client Manager

 

Overview

This role will have overarching view of the business end-to-end. A large focus will be on client management by way of tracking all elements that comprise of the job "life-cycle". The other main focus will be managing the back end of the studio, managing stock, supplies, displays, along with administrative tasks such as managing deliveries both posting and pick ups. There will be industry specific training and as well as training on the business, brand and our unique offering.

This role is intended for someone who is wishing to build a long-term career in the Jewellery industry. 

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Monitoring jobs from beginning to end, i.e. liaising with CAD designers, suppliers, assist with shortlisting and quoting clients
  • Liaising with clients prior to their appointment, during and after, ensuring that the customer is well informed on the status of their piece
  • Communicating with the wider team on the needs of our clients, ensuring we are on track to meet our deadlines
  • Assisting with social media and content creation
  • Ad hoc administration

Desired Experience

This role would be most suitable for someone who has a PA/EA background, business owner, or retail management experience where there is a strong focus on problem-solving and client management.

Other Details

This role will have a large amount of training, both industry-specific and brand specific. There will be a customer-facing element to the role, once ready where you will manage the appointments for our Core Ceremonial Collection (not yet finalised), leaving custom/bespoke appointments to Cassidy.
